Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Software
Safetyvision was developed as a custom solution for managing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) operations at national level, for an international level enterprise.
An OHS software is used to monitor the health and safety of employees and manage work-related incidents that may have put employees at risk by defining rules and best practices.
Safetyvision is managing various data from employees and service providers to multilevel working areas, spaces and types taxonomy. Also, Safetyvision is providing a powerful toolset for managing documents concerning the safety for production activities.

Challenge and scope
Structuring data:
The challenge was to organize the vast amount of input data required on OVH monitoring processes into a user manageable system.
Templating:
There were needed templates for monitoring activities/documents with instant options of export.
Connecting HR activities:
Beyond employee data, there had to be tracked the training sessions, aspects of work discipline and more into an extensive employee profile space.
Approach, solution and outcome
The application is built as a web platform with access from anywhere, allowing the access of authorized persons to manage (based on managed access rights) any aspect of data and required documents.
Business impact
The application brings at least few major improvements:
Centralized input data: lists of employees as reference, unified industrial specs, allowing unique semantics.
Centralized document types and management:
documents are now generated based on templates avoiding different document models and their valability physical management;
Data aggregation and document management speed up:
by ready-to-use input data and the ready to print options, documents are generated much easier in a controllable manner, avoiding duplication or unauthorized emitents.
