Together with BrandUP as a partner we have created this Java application for video sharing for a Formula 1 event for BBC.
The Java Application is available for Windows and Mac and is meant as a support for reporters to upload their on-event materials onto a central server.
Each user has specific access and upon login he can upload a low resolutions version and a high resolution version of the video.
The transfer is done via SFTP and a resume function was built in for cases when the internet connection is interrupt while uploading. Uploaded videos can be managed via a Manage Videos screen.
